Bohdan joined our team as a paralegal during his studies at the law faculty of the Comenius University. Bohdan's experience includes advising both Slovak and foreign entities on all aspects of contract and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions. Bohdan has also advised clients in real estate and litigation matters. Bohdan is lauded for his ability to see the client's problems in the wider context and to effectively assess possible solutions.
