Boris is a partner in the law firm who has more than 19 years of experience in legal practice. His primary professional expertise is in business law, mergers and acquisitions, energy law and real estate. During his professional practice Boris has supervised some of the largest business transactions in the Slovak Republic. He has notably valuable experience in advising major Slovak and international companies regarding acquisitions and sales of corporations and enterprises.
