Eduard is one of the longest serving lawyers in the firm and he is one of its partners. He specializes in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and privatizations, but also has wide experience in real estate. Eduard was one of the key lawyers providing legal services to the Slovak Government in implementing the PPP projects on highways construction in the Slovak Republic. He also focuses on transactions related to the entry of foreign investors into Slovakia and has advised in the preparation of several privatization projects in the Slovak Republic.
