Pavol has been the Managing Partner of the firm for more than 20 years. Pavol has led teams of Slovak and international lawyers in the most important transactions in Slovakia. He has represented the Slovak government and investors in privatisations in the financial and industry sectors. Pavol advises private investors, shareholders and other clients in negotiations and closing of various projects, acquisitions and other business transactions. He is also experienced in areas of intellectual property law, media law, restructuring and bankruptcy law.
